Owner and Technical Expert for SW-Distribution & configuration Management.
The key responsibilities in this role were: Building a service module and
providing the technical expertise to the solution architects in the various
customer deals. This included design & documentation of the concepts &
technology, defining the delivery & support process, costing, providing trade
deal consulting and evaluation. I worked closely together with service managers,
solution architects and technical experts. The WW ownership of the module
included the alignment of the regional solutions.
